Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and zeyweb. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.

Using zeyweb

You may use zeyweb to run a lawful business. You may not use it to sell illegal goods, mislead customers, infringe other people's rights or harm our systems or other merchants.

Your store and content

You own the products, text and images you add to your store. You give us permission to host and display them so your store works. You're responsible for your products, your prices and how you treat your customers.

Plans and payment

New stores start with a free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed in advance each month or year. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Ending your account

You can close your store at any time from your settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete your store data within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Liability

We work hard to keep zeyweb reliable, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes
